- Pump Head to Tank.
- Includes: SS Braided Exhaust Tube , Check Valve and fittings.
- 1) Tube: 16" X 1/2" SS Braided Exhaust Tube 3/8" NPTM X Flare.
- 1) Check Valve: 1/2" NPT outlet to tank W/ 1/8" NPT unloader port , 1/2" npt inlet..
- 1) Flare Fitting X 1/2" NPT to check valve
- 1) 1/2" NPT male to 3/8" NPT female head connection.
- Instructions:
- Remove your existing exhaust tube, remove tube fitting from pump head, remove unloader tube & fitting from check valve and remove the check valve from the tank.
- Install 1/2 X 3/8 adaptor into the pump head.
- Install braided exhaust tube into the pump head fitting.
- Install unloader fitting from your original check valve into the new check valve.
- Install check valve into tank.
- Install flare fitting into the new check valve.
- Attach braided exhaust tube to flare fitting in check valve.
- ** If your unit's unloader valve does not connect to the check valve, install the 1/8" plug into the check valve open port.
