- Replaces Part #'s: VT021802AP
- Pump Head to Tank.
- Includes: SS Braided Exhaust Tube , Check Valve and fittings.
- Tube: 16" X 1/2" SS Braided Exhaust Tube 3/8" NPTM X Flare.
- Check Valve: 1/2" NPT outlet to tank W/ 1/8" NPT unloader port , 3/8" npt inlet..
- Flare Fitting X 1/2" NPT to head.
- 1/8" plug
- Instructions:
- Remove your existing exhaust tube, remove tube fitting from pump head, remove unloader tube & fitting from check valve and remove the check valve from the tank.
- Install the male end of braided exhaust tube into the pump head.
- Install unloader fitting from your original check valve into the new check valve**.
- Install check valve into tank.
- Install flare fitting into the new check valve.
- Attach braided exhaust tube to flare fitting in check valve.
- ** If your unit does not have the unloader tube from the check valve, use the 1/8" plug in the unloader port in the check valve.
